If you’re invited to a baby shower, obviously you have a registry to work off of, but remember! The first 15 weeks of a baby’s life are HUGE adjustments for the baby and mom, so accommodations should be made!
After baby is born organizing a meal, or coordinating a group of friends for a few weeks of meals, can be fundamental in keeping mama and baby functioning— especially if the other parent has no leave.
And you don’t want any new-mom-friend to feel like everyone only cares about the baby, and not her…
